Refund policy

1. The 30-day refund

If Kisheet isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of your company's first purchase of a Company license, whether you chose Buy once, Monthly or Annual. You don't need to give a reason. We refund the full amount you paid, including tax.

For a subscription, the 30 days count from the first payment. Moving from Monthly to Annual, or from a subscription to Buy once, doesn't start a new 30 days.

2. Renewals and update renewals

• Subscription renewals are not refundable once charged. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge; the link to cancel is in every Paddle receipt.
• A renewal you meant to cancel: if a subscription renewed and you meant to cancel it, write to us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund that renewal and end the subscription.
• Update renewals for a Buy once license are not refundable once charged, except as required by law.
• A charge made in error, such as a duplicate payment, is always refunded.

3. How to ask

Any one of these works:

• Reply to the receipt email from Paddle, or look up your order at paddle.net and ask for a refund there.
• Email billing@kisheet.com with the email address you bought with and, if you have it, the order number.

Our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders, issues the refund to the original payment method. It usually arrives within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Please ask us before disputing a charge with your bank. A refund is quicker.

4. What happens after a refund

• The license the purchase paid for ends, as our terms of service say. Its license key is deactivated, and any subscription stops renewing.
• You must stop using that license key and license file and delete the file. Because a license file works without the internet, we rely on you to do this.
• Kisheet becomes Kisheet Free on your computers. You can still open, read, mark up and sign your PDFs, and your takeoffs stay inside your PDFs.

5. Limits

The 30-day refund is for one first purchase per company. We may decline a refund when the same company or person has bought and refunded before, when a license key was shared outside the company it covers, or when we see fraud or abuse of this policy.

6. Your rights by law

This policy adds to your rights; it doesn't replace them. If the law where you live gives you a longer or wider right to cancel or get a refund, that right applies.
